Spent a wonderful week in beautiful Venice and on its surrounding islands. At the end of this week filled with overwhelming scenery and funny encounters, we were asked whether we did not get bored strolling around that long in a city that is worth a stay of 2 days only. No idea what these guys had in mind – there’s so much to see, so much to explore in this extraordinary place, I definitely could have stuck around there a little bit longer

We went on an one hour bus trip from Balestrand in the morning and witnessed another wonderful and breathtaking landscape. This picture was taken while hiking next to Likholefossen, one of 14 waterfalls along a trail called Fossestien, the Waterfall Path.
The woods, the lakes, the flowers, the rocks and boulders and this power of running water together with an old bus driver pulling over on the way back to teach us about the nature of norwegian landscape sum up to a very memorable day. Großartig!
